Your future job:

  • Support of customer service projects from the moment of assignment
  • Documentation of project requirements
  • Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of diverse inbound and outbound projects, as well as multi-channel
  • Establishment of new projects, analysis of existing projects and identification of optimization measures
  • Implementation of personnel deployment planning, management of projects on a daily basis
  • Coordination with team leaders and clients
  • Project documentation and verification of compliance with quality standards
  • Controlling and key figure management
  • Planning and management of measures to ensure and improve quality agreements
  • creating reports

This is how you convince us:

  • A completed commercial training/ degree
  • Extensive experience as a team leader/project manager in a communication center/in customer care service
  • Excellent understanding of numbers and associated analytical and conceptual skills
  • Technical affinity, safe use of common Office applications (especially with MS Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and a strong sense of assertiveness
  • Structured way of working - even with high complexity, you should keep cool
  • The ability to empathize, which enables you to score points when dealing with customers and our team
  • Very good German and English skills
