Your role with us:

You support our people operations team in all administrative and organizational tasks related to personnel management.

This is also what you can expect:

• payroll: Ensuring a correct and timely payslip and processing of entry and exit processes.
• Personnel administration: Assistance in drawing up employment contracts, certificates and other documents.
• Data maintenance: Maintaining and managing employee data in our systems.
• interface: Communication with external partners, such as health insurance companies and authorities.
• Process optimization: Collaboration on projects to make our HR processes more efficient.

This is what you bring with you:

• Technical expertise: A completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on personnel, or comparable qualification.
• Experience: First professional experience in human resources, ideally in a similar position. Knowledge of social security and tax law is a big plus.
• Organizational strength: You work in a structured, careful and independent way.
• Strong communication skills: Fluent German language skills — additional language skills are a plus.
• Team spirit: You are a reliable team player who likes to work on common goals.
