Your tasks:
- Organization superhero: You can easily coordinate appointments, trips and meetings, taking professionalism to a new level.
- Communications Master: You are at the heart of communication, manage correspondence and are available as a central point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Meeting guru: You will master the preparation and follow-up of meetings and ensure precise minutes.
- Presentation genius: With your talent, you create and maintain impressive presentations, reports, and statistics.
- Project champion: As a real maker, you support projects and confidently take on special tasks.
- Liaison artist: You are the guardian of our secrets and manage confidential documents and information with absolute security.
Your profile:
- Qualification: Completed commercial education or comparable qualification.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience, ideally in the area of assistance.
- Organizational talent: Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Communications professional: Strong communication skills and confident appearance.
- Trustworthy: Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy: Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Eloquent: Very good written and spoken German language skills. Good written and spoken English and Spanish skills are also a plus.
