What you can expect from us:
Working closely with our Head of People & Happiness, you are an important member of our HR team as a People Operations Manager (m/f/d). You will be significantly involved in attracting, promoting and mentoring the best talent — while ensuring that our culture continues to live and grow.
Your tasks:
- Recruiting: You help us find and inspire the best talent. From creating job advertisements to conducting job interviews, you are part of an agile and modern recruiting process.
- Staff support: You are the first point of contact for our employees on all HR topics and provide them with advice and support — always with the aim of creating a positive employee experience.
- Onboarding: Together with our Head of People & Happiness, you will create a heartfelt and seamless onboarding for our new team members so that they feel they have arrived with us right from the start.
- HR projects: Would you like to contribute new ideas and help shape HR projects? Perfect! Whether it's cultural initiatives, employee development or work-life balance — with us, you can actively participate and creatively develop our HR department.
- Administrative tasks: The basics are also included — you take care of personnel administration, from contract preparation to certificate preparation, and keep our system up to date.
What you should bring with you:
- Experience in the area of personnel: You have completed training or studies in the area of personnel management or a comparable subject area and ideally already have professional experience as a personnel officer.
- Strong communication skills: You are a real team player and can easily empathize with different personalities. Your open and empathetic nature helps you reach out to people and create trust.
- Organizational talent and initiative: You always keep an overview and approach challenges proactively and in a solution-oriented manner.
- Passion for people topics: Whether it's employer branding, talent development or cultural development — you love bringing in new ideas and making the workplace a place of wellbeing.
- Digital mindset: Experience with HR software and digital tools is a plus — because we love making processes smart and efficient!
