- Telephone support for our existing and new customers
- Advice on our mobile communications products and tariffs
- Handling inquiries, complaints and faults
- Documentation of customer conversations and concerns in the system
- Assistance with contract extensions and changes

- Safe use of PC and Internet applications
- Friendly interaction with customers
- Sales and service-oriented communication
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills (C1 level)
