These are your tasks:
- Customer service and advice:Professional and friendly support for customer inquiries via various communication channels, including telephone, email and live chat. Advice to customers on the various aspects of the Miles & More program, including earning, redeeming miles, rewards offers and benefits.
- Individual needs analysis:Carrying out needs analyses to understand clients' specific interests, destinations and preferences. Based on the information collected, offer tailored recommendations and solutions to provide customers with maximum benefits.
- Offer presentation and explanation:Present and explain bonus offers, special promotions and upgrades that may be of interest to customers. Provide clear and understandable information about the various options available to our customers.
- Account management and problem resolution:Assistance with managing customer accounts, including updating account information, mileage credits, and redemptions. Identifying and resolving issues or ambiguities related to customer accounts and transactions.
- Documentation and tracking:Thorough documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions to ensure seamless follow-up. Regular update of customer data and communication processes.
