- You help our customers with their concerns about orders, returns and Breuninger products via phone, email or chat
- You advise our customers on products, orders, services and questions relating to Breuninger
- Processing customer feedback and complaints is also part of the job

- You enjoy working on a PC and already have experience with Internet applications
- You have a general technical understanding (an advantage)
