Your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries relating to banking.
• You handle customer concerns over the phone, email or chat — always friendly, competent and with a smile in your voice.
• You provide information about products, services and processes — whether it's about account management, credit cards or online banking.
• You help the customer with questions and problems, always solution-oriented and patient.
• You carefully document customer concerns in our system.

What you should bring with you:

• Enjoyment of customer contact and the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations.
• Interest in banking and ideally initial experience in the financial sector.
• Very good written and spoken German language skills.
• Safe use of PCs and Internet.
• The desire to develop yourself in a dynamic and motivated team!
