Hey first, we, gevekom, are a dialogue manufacturer for passionate customer service. Doesn't tell you anything? Never mind. In good German, we are a contact center, virtually the backbone of many companies. Whether it's Thalia, Breuninger or Zalando. It's likely that you've talked to us on the phone before without you knowing it.Our work style? Fully agile, innovative and (of course) quality-conscious — always with a pinch of humor!

Since our start in 2006, we have grown steadily. More than 2,500 team members are now rocking customer service. For more than 80 well-known partners from industries such as travel, automotive, e-commerce, fashion, retail and delivery services. Our locations are in Germany, Spain, Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia and Bulgaria. We have won awards for being family-friendly!   • Analyst with insight: Numbers are your thing — you derive decisive suggestions from data and always keep track of things.
  • Willingness to travel: You work with the team locally and remotely, bringing in your expertise.
  • Always up to date: Whether it's AI, automation, or other digital trends — you know your stuff and know how to use them profitably.
  • Team player with maker quality: You work closely with colleagues and turn ideas into reality.

This is what you bring with you:
