- You ensure an excellent customer experience with Gemini customers at any time via telephone, email or chat
- You advise interested parties or customers of Zwilling on ordering, services, delivery and processing of questions
- You solve problems and complaints as if by magic and carry out returns or returns
- You listen to customer needs and feel new trends, which you implement in continuous improvements with us in customer service
- Customer loyalty is the be-all and end-all for us - you contribute to making our customers happy through your very positive and service-oriented manner!
