We are now looking for you as a Bid & Proposal Manager (m/f/d) for our dynamic team in Dresden to further expand our success.

Your mission with us:

• Preparation of offers: You are responsible for developing and preparing professional offers and tenders that meet the needs of our customers.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: In close coordination with sales, marketing and operations, you will collect all necessary information to create convincing and precise documents.
• Project Management: You coordinate the entire bid process — from analysis of customer requirements to final submission — and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Analysis and optimization: You review tenders for opportunities and risks, conduct market research and develop strategies to increase our competitiveness.

What makes you special:

• Completed studies: business administration, communication studies or a comparable course of study
• Experience in bid and proposal management: You have already worked in a comparable role and are familiar with creating complex offers.
• Analytical thinking: You know how to keep track of complex requirements and develop precise solutions.
• Strong communication skills: Whether written or oral, you impress with clear and targeted communication — both within the team and with customers.
• Organizational talent: You keep cool even during stressful phases and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Linguistic abilities: Native language level German is required; good English language skills are a plus.
